What Is a Solis Hybrid Inverter

Efficient Power Conversion and Built-In Safety

A Solis hybrid inverter is the control center of a battery backup system. It converts the direct current (DC) stored in your batteries into clean alternating current (AC) for your home or business, and it manages when the batteries charge, when they discharge, and when the grid or a standby generator takes over.

When the grid goes down, the inverter separates your home from the utility and keeps your backed-up circuits running on battery power. Built-in protections guard your equipment, and app-based monitoring lets you check how your system is performing at any time.

Careful Workmanship and a Clear Process

Our turnkey process covers load analysis, system design, equipment selection, permitting, and utility coordination, followed by professional installation and commissioning. You receive a properly sized Solis inverter, clean wiring, code-compliant protection devices, documentation, and app-based performance monitoring. We are locally owned & operated with 26+ years in business, and we stand behind our work with clear warranties and ongoing support.

When you need service, we provide diagnostics, firmware updates, safety inspections, and performance tuning. We offer financing through our local credit union partners for new systems, upgrades, and replacements.

Automatic Transfer, Smart Load Control, and Resilience

Paired with a battery bank and an optional standby generator, a Solis inverter delivers dependable backup power. With a critical loads panel and automatic transfer, the system charges and discharges the batteries intelligently and starts the generator only when needed, which reduces fuel use, noise, and wear while keeping essential circuits running.

PowerUP Energi designs hybrid (generator + battery) backup power systems for homes and small commercial companies. Our designs support load management and soft-start strategies that protect appliances and extend runtime, so no matter what the utility grid does, you Stay Charged.
